RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY

We do not accept any returns on sales items, exchanges, or gift certificates s as the products are perishable and made fresh for you.

Damages and issues
Please check your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue.

Any defective items can be replaced by informing our Customer Representative the same day or at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unconsumed, and in its original packaging.

Replacements
The fastest way to receive the replacement is to inform our team immediately and return the item you have. Please note that replacement will be sent the following day.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All our products are perishable goods (such as fresh juices and meals), thus cannot be returned. In the event that you have any queries or issues with a particular order, kindly get in contact with us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Discounted products and gift certificates cannot be returned.
